Behavioral Health

Promise Community Health Center integrates behavioral health care services with primary medical care as an essential component of caring for the holistic needs of patients. Your behavioral or mental health directly affects your physical wellness, job, family involvement and community in which you live. Your care team will help you decide if behavioral/mental health services are beneficial for you and will coordinate any care that you need. These services are provided on-site by our own behavioral health team.
